Multi language template
Problem to be solved
Add the framework to our docs for multi-language.
Out of Scope
Translation will be done by external parties
This is possible with Docusaurus https://docusaurus.io/docs/i18n/tutorial
It will require a second deployment on Netlify using the path e.g. https://docs.obol.tech/fr/ for French.

Would be great to review what has been done there and provide a comprehensive model that handles multiple languages. This PR is quite old so review would definitely help

require a second deployment on Netlify using the path
Won't they be on the same deployment? Yes it will be a subpath, but not a totally separate netlify site i believe
Yes when I've tested it Netlify handles it, so it doesn't appear to require any manual changes for it to work. I can create a PR for the branch for this issue and it should work.
@OisinKyne @thomasheremans Do I need to update my PR or what is the best way to do it? I see that some progress is happening on my old PR. #38
