Sedge-Charon integration design document

🎯 Problem to be solved

We want to integrate charon into Nethermind Sedge. This requires the preparation of a design document which would explain the integration.

In order to prepare the design doc, we would need to run a poc on the integration on a forked sedge repo. There are a few options to try and test in order to prepare a set of proposed solutions for the integration. We will provide more details about these options in another ticket.

• [ ] The design can be tested by a proof of concept
• [ ] The design can scale to future developments of Charon

👐 acceptance criteria

The design doc should be reviewed internally and marked Approved. The design doc should be ready for external audience, Sedge development team.
