Updated dependencies to current. (This matters a lot for brakeman etc. but also eliminates vulnerabilities)

Add Omer and others to authors.

Remove version #'s from integration examples.

Also added k8s example - maybe add something to the documentation folder? And something to think about - do we want to keep adding new tools as code? Adding them (where possible) as a dynamic task is a bit simpler to maintain. WDYT?
