Blank View when running app using npm

Blank View when running npm run dev the application runs without errors. I can see the application with the top menu (Maturity Models, Projects, API), but the view below just show a number (e.g. 29). Is there a step I'm missing to see the information here?

I met the same error, maybe it is because of version coffee is not match.
