Translation Dutch

We want to translate API-Security to the Dutch language, any contributors are welcome!

@PauloASilva i translated all the MD files, what is the way to go for the ODT and PDF ?

Unfortunately, rendering the Markdown and Copy&Paste to a text processing software such as LibreOffice. Then, export to PDF.
