The "Download & Decompress Dataset" example code doesn't work since the URL value needs to be quoted. The "Read JSON File" example doesn't work since the file extracted from the zip file at https://raw.githubusercontent.com/OTRF/Security-Datasets/master/datasets/atomic/linux/discovery/host/sh_arp_cache.zip isn't a JSON file. It appears to be a raw linux audit log.
