VRPN Reconnect : could not open device error when connecting 2 HDKs

This is an issue that was discovered through a support ticket and confirmed to be occurring in house as well. Whenever you connect more than 1 HDK (I tried 2), we receive vrpn_HidInterface::reconnect() : Could not open device error and neither HDKs' tracking works as a result.
