Docker way install not working

Hi, Thank you for your application. I've tried to use the docker file, and it seems there is something wrong.

Dockerfile:13

ERROR: failed to solve: process "/bin/sh -c pip install --no-cache-dir -r ./requirements.txt" did not complete successfully: exit code: 1

I've run into what I will assume is the same issue. I get the same error as above, but here is some additional output:

If you wish to install a non-Kali-packaged Python package,

If you wish to install a non-Kali-packaged Python application,

For additional context, I'm using podman.
