Error loading changeset "Resource not found", API returns 404

Brief Description

I am trying to analyse a changeset but I can't see changeset details nor mark it as good/bad.

What is the current behaviour, (attach relevant screenshots) ?

Changeset 102730576 exists on OSM ( https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/102730576 ), it was created on 2021-04-11.

If I search this changeset on OSMCha by date and user i find nothing:

If I force the changeset ID into the URL ( https://osmcha.org/changesets/102730576 ) the changeset is opened but I get an error and I can't see changeset details nor mark it as good/bad:

On Microsoft Edge:

What is the expected behaviour ?

I expect to be able to analyse the changeset like all others.

When does this occur ?

I have found the problem only with this changeset, I haven't identified the reason for this particular changeset to fail.

How do we replicate the issue ?

Option 1:

1. See that the changeset exists: https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/102730576
2. Search the chengeset on OSMCha at this link
3. The changeset is not listed

Option 2:

1. See that the changeset exists: https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/102730576
2. Go to https://osmcha.org/changesets/102730576/ to analyze it
3. An error is returned

Microsoft Edge 91.0.864.67 on Windows 10. Mozilla Firefox 91.0b2 on Windows 10.

Other Information / context:

Might be related to #549 . Similar error to #423 but this changeset is recent, I doubt it's related.

I found another changeset with the same problem: 102728945 (OSM, OSMCha)

I've been getting this error for a while now for many older changesets. I just got it for changeset 107643099. There is no problem loading it into Achavi.
