[Bug] WinGRASS: multiple GDAL and PROJ runtime libraries are installed (gdal303, gdal304, ... , gdal309 and proj_7_2, proj_8_0, ... , proj_9_4)
Describe the bug
The WinGRASS 8.4.0-1 installer ships multiple GDAL and PROJ runtime libraries versions gdal303.dll, gdal304.dll, gdal305.dll, gdal306.dll, gdal307.dll, gdal308.dll, gdal309.dll, proj_7_2.dll, proj_8_0.dll, proj_8_1.dll, proj_8_2.dll, proj_9_2.dll, proj_9_3.dll, proj_9_4.dll, (i.e. more than 180 MB of wasted bandwidth and disk space and time) while it should ideally ship only the latest versions.
Does anyone know how to improve the situation? I ask if that should still go into the upcoming G8.4.1.
IIRC it's around Here:
https://github.com/OSGeo/grass/blob/main/mswindows/GRASS-Packager.bat.tmpl#L51
to remove the not used libraries which are all copied at the moment.
