TH opportunity imports and legacy updates

This is an assessment backwards compatibility thing. Lets walk through this when you start.

Some of the TH opportunity import logic is potentially missing old version/legacy update logic that is found in update-data service. Some of the update-data logic can simply be copied over, others it is less straight forward to tell. Create examples for each opp and test.
