Page auto scrolls to top when click certain things

Compressed Air > Assessment > Setup Profile Reduce Run Time - When clicking on the boxes in "Shutdown timer" it sometimes moves the page to the top

Setting aside until I can spend more time tossing some solutions at this. Through process of elimination, something related to the ngModel change is causing this to happen.

Able to reproduce, but no obvious problem area. Branch is on remote issue-6966

  • checked if related to unique id
  • checked if related to ngIf
  • checked if realted to (save)
  • checked if related to style.order
  • checked containerHeight change
