regression failure on observed data

creating a regression curves on observed data works as expected but show plot data does not resample correctly regression curve. observed data is not resampled which is correct

it works fine on regression on normal Eclipse summary data.

there are instances that the last data point is reported wrong.

this seems to be due to wrong curve type selection ( cumulative vs rate).

one solution is to give user ability to change the curve type ( with explanation in help as well).

Add setting to RimSummary curve, either Auto, Accumulated or Rate. Investigate use of RiaSummaryTools::hasAccumulatedData
