Contour maps: Don't update when toggled off

Updating of contour maps is triggered when working with well paths. For contour maps toggled off, these updates should be skipped until a contour map eventually is toggled on again.

Looks like the update is already skipped for contour maps turned off in the project tree.

Not able to reproduce this issue
