Range Filter not working properly for geomechanical models

Experiencing missing elements both in the middle of the model and on edges when filtering with Range Filter for geomechanical model.

Cell count in info box is correct but allowed I-range is incorrect (to high) in Range Selection window (J- and K-range is correct)

Is this when using range filters on models generated by the fault reactivation feature?
