Insert Cells Keyboard shortcut not working

Expected Behavior

Pressing ctrl+shift+= should bring up the Insert Cells dialog

Actual Behavior

Nothing happens.

Reproduction Steps

• The documentation and my interface states that ctrl+shift+= is the shortcut for Insert Cells.
• However, pressing ctrl+shift++ brings up the Insert Cells dialog instead.
• I'm using a Swedish keyboard layout, but = is also on the 0 tangent as I believe it is on a US keyboard.

I tried debugging but it's a pain without sourcemaps. Also, I'd like to know where in the code keyboard shortcuts are defined?

Thanks, but I already noticed that as mentioned in my report. I just filed this issue to reveal that something needs attention. It could be a bug or it could be that something has been overlooked, like displaying the correct keys in tooltips for different keyboard layouts.

Thanks! I can confirm that the problem exists. I created ticket 59066 in our private tracker with your issue. Problem reproduces in Document Server.
