If I'm not mistaken, the author temporarily removed the plugin due to detecting crashes and instability in some setups. I have it running on both of my Vitas and have no issues whatsoever (my bubbles go blank sometimes on one of them, but that's from before; I think it's my old SD card that's already in need of a replacement). I think the IOStaging plugin serves a very good purpose, and I not sure if it's a placebo or not, but I notice better fluidity with it overall. Perhaps it should be left as an optional installation in the extras section or with a warning about this potential instability. The best thing to do would be to ask the developer.

yeah, but why did it stop existing in autoplugin?

@limonetas While I don't have an answer to why ioPlus is unavailable for manual installation in AutoPlugin2 anymore, I'd assume it gets automatically installed as a dependency of other plugins that require it, doesn't it?

Examples of such plugins would be reVita by MERLev, VitaGrafix by Electry, TurboPad Mod by Yoti, reRescaler by Rinnegatamante, remaPSV by Rinnegatamante, remaPSV by MERLev?

In any case, as this is unrelated to IOStaging, I'd suggest you open a separate issue If I'm not mistaken, ioPlus was delisted in commit https://github.com/ONElua/AutoPlugin2/commit/f90ad79aae1be8af37c91ecb711387706e08e426
