[Bug] PR series is not displayed in the viewport

Describe the Bug

PR series viewing does not work. Ohif viewer version: 3.9.0-beta.59

It works well if opened by the Weasis viewer.

Steps to Reproduce

• At studylist, select a study that have PR series
• Click Basic Viewer => PR series are not displayed

The current behavior

I have a study that has 2 PR series on dcm4chee. Using Ohif view to view that study. Other series work well, but PR series failed.

The expected behavior

All series are displayed well

We have temporarily reduced our capacity. Although this change was intended for the next release, it will likely be delayed and implemented at a later date.
