drug dose update

https://ohdsi.github.io/CommonDataModel/drug_dose.html we used this page as a basis to go about drug dose, but did not get very far because not very accurate / tested. we have just published a paper about how to estimate dose in OMOP CDM and tested it against WHO DDD in many databases. https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/pds.5809 @cgreich @catalamarti Thus, if possible, we would like to update the current github page about dosing calculations accordingly. How to go about it? Can we just send a pull request?
