Outdated maintenance banner

The tutorials website has an outdated maintenance banner, stating: "Scheduled maintenance: the OGGM cluster will be offline April 27 (evening CEST) – April 30 (morning CEST) 2025. Learn more." To remove this banner the config file needs to be updated.
