[16.0][MIG] web_dashboard_open_action
This module adds a button to open a dashboard's action in the usual view, thus enabling filtering and any other actions you can apply on the resulting records. Basically, this is the inverse to Add to dashboard.
@hbrunn I think your rebase failed because you have the command to fixup as commit message. Please check it and fix it.

The last commit message stars with "fixup!". I think you was trying to fixup the commit but you have only changed the commit message. Am i wrong?
