Notify users before password expiry

Is your feature request related to a problem? How can users know that their password is about to expire? Is there any notification system?

Describe the solution you'd like Notify them by email before it expires (ideally, with ability to configure the frequency of emails. For example, Administrator would have the ability to add as many lines that would look like this: "notify by email X days before expiry").

The auth_signup module provides a link for users to reset their password from the login page.
