This pull request adds the Arabic translation file (`ar.po`) for the `queue_job` module.

• Added ar.po to the i18n directory.
• Translations were created based on the queue_job.pot template and referencing the es.po file for consistency where appropriate.
• This enables Arabic language support for the Job Queue module's user interface in Odoo.
