[16.0][ADD] website_sale_product_multi_website

Adds website_sale_product_multi_website from work in https://github.com/OCA/e-commerce/pull/579 and then https://github.com/OCA/e-commerce/pull/876. Minor changes were added from https://github.com/OCA/e-commerce/pull/876 proposal, such as uninstall hook.

This PR is tagged as module addition as it hasn't been yet merged to any other branch.
