Dedicated logs for the OpenAPI spec to improve understanding of barbell icon when used for specification usecases and preventing misuse of the main OAI logo for such usecases

Thanks for making these alternate versions and the PR! A couple of thoughts...

  • I'm not sure why we didn't have a JPG version of the white logo treatments (guessing b/c white variants are more likely to use alpha?), but this PR adds one for the barbell+openapi. Is it better to remove the new file or to add JPG versions of white for the other cases?
  • When I look at the PNG and SVG versions that the PR adds, it seems like they have shades of gray rather than shades of alpha (see what the existing version does for comparison)
  • I'm not able to check the AI variants, but those should prob also stay consistent with the approach to alpha channels that the SVG takes.

Other than those minor issues, this LGTM.

@earth2marsh thanks for the review. Finally got some time to make the changes.

  • Removed the white .jpg
  • Updated the alpha shades
