Apple ID locked

Debian 12 Bookworm, using custom anisette server from Provision and using these commands: ./anisette-server-x86_64 -n 127.0.0.1 -p 6969, export ALTSERVER_ANISETTE_SERVER=http://127.0.0.1:6969/, ./AltServer-x86_64. Got my Apple ID locked, wondering what suddenly caused it to lock, as it used to work fine
