App Will Not Open

when i downloaded the file i extracted it and then could not find the application or wat ever to open and nothing i tried worked not even adding .exe to names of stuff

You must have Visual Studio to run this program. You first need to open the project file in Visual Studio, then compile the bundle to get the program. Also, please realize that @NuclearC has not worked on this project in 8 years, so it will most likely fail to work.
