Is there a way to change Amadia Sanctuary's pool from red mist to blessed water?

When I spoke with Amadia pool became red. Didn't think much of it, but later when I wanted to cure Feder the pig, he died in the pool. That is why I am asking this question. Can I change it from red mist to blessed to cure Feder?
