Add scd file reading support

This adds support to read the following sections in a scd file:

Sound
Track (prototype parsing)
Audio
Layout
Attribute

The "Routing" section isn't currently being read as I couldn't find a parsing method for that in the game executable nor a scd file using this section in the game files.
