Online users widget improvements

Online users widget could be improved with these things :

  • Live updates (as said in https://github.com/NodeBB/nodebb-widget-essentials/issues/25) ;
  • Configuration option to show only users with specific status(es) (for example, show only users with online status and not users with away or dnd statuses).
