Add Trading

This issue is about adding free and unrestricted trading between players. Iirc there was initially no direct trading at all, which was supposedly done to combat gold sellers, and I believe later it was premium only. It seems like they changed this, but they kept the no silver rule and added the need for using tokens if you don't want the items to become character-bound. I imagine we probably do want to support the way this works in the game, but also add options to do away with all that nonsense and also add silver trading. This issue will be considered completed once we have normal, sane trading, like it should've been...

My knowledge on this topic is pretty outdated, and finding accurate information about this game is difficult at times, so let me know if I got anything wrong.
