doc: Updating the boot image with a flakes system

This provides instructions on building the boot image on a system built with flakes.

While mobile-nixos is not a flakes repo and this probably isn't a supported case:

• Many users are using flakes (me included)
• Probably won't increase the support burden considering this should be producing identical output.
