mac OS missing font

When running the application on macOS (15.2), the log shows qt.qpa.fonts: Populating font family aliases took 245 ms. Replace uses of missing font family "OpenSymbol" with one that exists to avoid this cost.. The OpenSymbol font is not preinstalled on macOS.
