Installation failed

I have not been able to use (for some time now) the functions related to tasks [(tasks(); new_task(); edit_task(); and delete_task()]. I have projects version 2.1.3 and these functions are not present. I followed when this was implemented in the past. However, for some reason it got lost. I haven't been able to get a remote update either:
