Dependency management

It would be great to have some kind of within project dependency management in the default template.

Using a DESCRIPTION file might be a good idea as this would link up well with {holepunch} (#13), Docker, and {devtools} use.

Alternatively, could go with {packrat} but this is a little ropey in my experience.
