Splash and lingering potions do not work as intended

1. Get a splash potion and linger potions.
2. Use them.
3. You will see them disappear from your slot but won't be used.
4. When you break a block using the same slot you had your potions in, the potion will come back.

Expectation: splash potions that are thrown into the ground or air and should give you effects.

No plugins enabled.
