Make URL of oauth application dynamic

Thanks for maintaining this project!

The current code hardcodes the oauth flow to semaphore.social which breaks the oauth flow when hosting semaphore under another domain. This PR replaces the hardcoded with the current basename of the browser (schema://hostname) to allow selfhosting semaphore.
