Access list / basic auth fails

Describe the bug using access list on a proxy host always return 401

Nginx Proxy Manager Version v2.10.4

To Reproduce

  • create access list
  • add it to some proxy host
  • login into the host
  • after some usage the host will always return 401

Expected behavior

  • you're always prompt to auth form if browser auth expires

Ran into this after updating to v2.12.3 was not an issue before.
