Try uninstalling your docker-compose as you didn't installed it properly.

You can directly install docker compose without documentations by "apt-get install docker-compose"

@emmu123 I would give the docker-compose.yml file here, its complaining it can't find an end to a block, so missing quote or white space issue perhaps?

This seems to be a user error. This error comes up when ’ is used, but it should be '.
