Add installation instructions for different OS

Describe the bug When we are proceeding to install juno, I a fresh machine, according to the system, some dependencies are missing, for example on the ubuntu case, there isn't reference to install gcc.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Try to install Juno on a Ubuntu empty machine

Expected behavior Add more documentation for each of the different operative systems and orient the documentation to a more user friendly

Screenshots Juno command missing because the path doesn't include the bin folder of golang after go install

gcc missing
