Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm currently in the process of registering an operator using EigenLayer CLI. In the configuration step, I need to fill in the details of the EigenLayer Slasher contract address (el_slasher_address) and the BLS Public Key Compendium contract address (bls_public_key_compendium_address). Unfortunately, I couldn't find this information in the provided documentation.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like clear guidance on where to obtain the EigenLayer Slasher contract address and the BLS Public Key Compendium contract address, or if there's a specific procedure to follow to obtain this information.

Describe alternatives you've considered I've checked the provided documentation and GitHub issues but couldn't find information on obtaining the contract addresses.

Additional context This information is crucial for the successful registration of an operator, and clear guidance from the EigenLayer team would greatly help users in this process.
