Cannot update prices from Elering

Due to ssl certificate expiration Arska cannot get price info from Elering (reported Jun 19 2024).

How to fix A new root certificate (Valid To: June 4, 2035) is updated to Arska code in version 1.1.0-beta9. Update to the latest version or use Entso-E as price data source.
