How to add Hashicorp authority in lemur

Hi,

I have pulled and installed the Hashicorp Vault plugin, but then I do not get any option to select the same from GUI while trying to add a new authority. I have added Vault related configurations in my lemur.conf.py file, but nothing adds in the GUI. Am i missing any configuration or do I need some changes to the code to be made?

You probably need to add it in setup.py
