Skylight instrumentation is not working

Following the readme I don't see the fast_jsonapi calls in the Skylight.

Is this working for somebody? There's a relevant (?!) discussion on the Shrine support which confirms this is not working as well: https://github.com/skylightio/skylight-ruby/pull/141

Alternatively, is there interest in moving this out into the Skylight gem?!
