Memory and memory leak testing

Need to stress Falcor for memory and memory leaks. Ideally as tests that can be run through CI

1000 times this. Currently very worried that we are making some deep changes to the CodeBase very close to open sourcing. I really want high confidence that we are not releasing with memory leaks.
