Release java 10+ bug with setting sore size: #1874 #1877

There is a pull request which solves the problem with setting core size for the threadpool see: #1874 #1877. This pull requests exists since November last year. Can you please release this fix.

Probably never. Check out the details on the Hystrix Github: https://github.com/Netflix/Hystrix/tree/master. Hystrix is no longer maintained and hasn't seen a release or even a commit in over two years... it is effectively a dead project. Most people have moved on to alternatives such as https://github.com/resilience4j/resilience4j.
