feat: Add interactive profile management and SSO auto-login

• Add interactive profile selection with Rich UI
• Implement automatic SSO session refresh
• Add profile testing and diagnostics (--test, --profile-info)
• Add clipboard support and enhanced output options
• Maintain full backwards compatibility with original API
• Add graceful fallback when Rich library unavailable
