Automatic Polling SVM on aggregate volumes deployment

Trident is not automatically getting information from SVM on which aggregate volumes has to be deployed. Pod must manually be restarted to get the new aggr-list information from the SVM. Please implement an automatic polling from this data.

I believe this should be marked as fixed since 24.10, right? From https://docs.netapp.com/us-en/trident/trident-rn.html#enhancements-4 in 24.10:

"Added detection for the addition, removal, or renaming of aggregates from the SVM across all ONTAP drivers."
