[Bug] App title and description stays in old language after language change

Describe the bug

  1. Set your android system language to something else as English, e.g. German
  2. install fresh version of neo store
  3. open it
  4. sync
  5. change language in app to English
  6. try to re-sync to get app data in English

Expected Behavior

Data is resynced and displayes in English

It gets updated in the next sync of the respective repo, this allows for more effecient data storage and querying.

confirmed. I could't manually initiate a sync, but the sync after the next repo update worked, even though IndexV2 (incremental updates) were enabled.

Reopened as maybe I should consider a way to force language update on change
