[Feature Request] Add progress indicator to search screen

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Apps search takes a few seconds and loads the smartphone a lot. It looks like the application is freezing a lot without results and, according to my feelings, it has a very bad effect on UX

I second this. It does appear, especially to an untrained or unexpected eye, that the application is frozen when it starts searching. Any type of indicator would be helpful, such as 'Searching, please wait.'

Looks like it is updating the index in the background. I guess best way would to show search results from the current data and update the results as soon as the index updating finishes. Maybe show some kind of info that results might be outdated.

1.1.0 (still in beta) introduces a far faster interaction with search, so this can be considered solved.
